Dive For The Five

Not many are fully aware of what lies in the deapth of the vast ocean. One would say fish and corals but not many are aware about the kinds, or names, or in cases like mine, how many of them taste like.

Each type of fish has a unique taste. Everyone of them taste different. Only a person who eats fish frequently would be able to distinguish the taste of various kind of fish, and for others, fish is well, just fish. Be it a tuna, a red snapper or a salmon, for some, all will taste the same. But for some, each tastes different and prefers one kind over the other.

Be it deep fried, grilled or poached, fish is that one delicacy that is available free of cost. Only if you have access to a river, reef or the ocean and know how to dive for it. Not many are blessed with the resources or skills required to catch a fish but it is available, in almost all parts of the world.

If you do have, enjoy this unique delicacy. Know the tastes, savor it because once you do, it will leave you licking your fingers, maybe for hours and you will want to have it over and over again.
