When You Get Snacky

There are hundreds of snacks introduced now. Various types of chips, crisps and cookies. All tasting better than the other but at the same time, all unhealthy like the other. We live in a world where one needs fitness and taste to go together so what do you do when you feel like having a snack but not the usual chips and cookies?

If you have not discovered this yet you are about to get lucky because apple and peanut butter is the perfect combination for a healthy yet tasty snack.


Cut up apples to bite pieces and either coat the apples with peanut butter or dip it and have the healthiest and tastiest snack that is out there.
